Fabrication and development of a competitive low-cost palletized robot arm with six degrees of freedom
The general aim of our project is to build up a “palletized Robotic Arm” by using a PVC sheets which comes under stumpy cost methodology. Due to the usage of PVC sheets cost of the project gets reduced to an affordable price of a common people. The design of our palletized Robotic Arm is based on the resemblance of the motion of a human arm. The ultimate aim of this project is to help technicians in mechanical industries who all are having inconvenience in handling objects for pick and place to an location and to repeat this job for a long period of time. To accomplish the above said objectives we planned to make our project with six degrees of freedom. To obtain six degrees of freedom, we have used six servomotors which will help us to accomplish our need. The required control of palletized robotic arm is left to servomotors itself, because the servomotors are built with that application too. And the master brain for this project was given by the circuit board. The designed manipulator in our project is capable of performing various industrial tasks as per the requirement and it have large industrially application on light weight material handling and positioning of any object or job to an instructed location. Our project has a plenty of applications but the proper usage makes this project more efficient. As we know that the robot technology is the main reason for many unemployment in this technological world, but our project won’t makes that fear regarding employment because our project is specially invented for long-lasting repeating work which is difficult for human workers. The robot technology is the current booming technology which influences most of the industries regarding production.
